1. Preamble & Operating Entities
Welcome to the official portal of the Doctors Integrated International Model United Nations (DIIMUN Chapter 2), accessible at diimun.org.
The conference is conceptualized, organized, and hosted by Doctors Nexus Amity (DNA) in collaboration with the International AYUSH Conclave at the Government Homoeopathic Medical College, Trivandrum (GHMCT), Kerala, scheduled for Wednesday, October 7, 2026.
Technology & Payment Gateway Provider: The digital infrastructure, registration desks, scoring platform, and payment aggregation services on this website are exclusively developed, managed, and operated by Aghosh HealthTech Solutions (authorized technology and payment partner for Doctors Nexus Amity).
2. Delegate Registration & Eligibility
- Registration is open to undergraduate students, interns, postgraduates, and scholars from recognized medical and healthcare institutions.
- Delegates may register as Individuals or in Teams of 2, 3, or 4 for The Great Homoeopathic Assembly (TGHA), or individually for the International Press Corps (Photojournalism or News Article Writing).
- Delegates must provide accurate and verifiable personal information, institutional affiliation, and contact details during checkout. Impersonation or fraudulent registration will lead to immediate disqualification without refund.
3. Registration Fees & Billing
All delegation fees are quoted strictly in Indian National Rupees (INR / ₹) and are non-negotiable:
Team of 3: ₹1,200 · Team of 4: ₹1,500
News Article Track: ₹350 · Both Tracks: ₹700
Payments are securely processed through Razorpay via Aghosh HealthTech Solutions. By confirming a transaction, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method (UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking).
4. Code of Conduct, Decorum & Attire
Delegates are expected to uphold the highest standards of parliamentary decorum, academic integrity, and respectful debate during all proceedings.
- Attire: Western business formal or formal Indian traditional attire is mandatory on all conference floors during debate hours.
- Anti-Plagiarism & AI Policy: In the International Press Corps, all submitted news reports and photographs must be the delegate's original work produced on-site. AI-generated text or manipulated photos will result in immediate disqualification from awards.
- Plenary Authority: Rulings made by the Executive Board, Secretariat chairs, and evaluation juries are final and binding.
5. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
Neither Doctors Nexus Amity nor Aghosh HealthTech Solutions shall be held liable for personal belongings lost or damaged at the conference venue, or for travel disruptions incurred by delegates.
In the unforeseen event that the conference is rescheduled due to natural disasters, government health directives, or force majeure events beyond our control, registrations will automatically transfer to the rescheduled dates.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with conference registrations or platform services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum), Kerala, India.
