1. Nature of Services
DIIMUN Chapter 2 (2026) is an in-person, offline medical Model United Nations conference scheduled for Wednesday, October 7, 2026 at the Government Homoeopathic Medical College, Trivandrum (GHMCT), Kerala, India.
Because DIIMUN Chapter 2 is an event-based educational service, no physical items or kits are shipped via postal or courier service to the delegate's residential address. All physical items are distributed directly on-site at the venue.
2. Instant Electronic Delivery of Credentials
Upon successful payment through the Razorpay gateway, service fulfillment occurs electronically and instantaneously:
- Instant Digital Admission Ticket: The official registration confirmation screen displays immediately upon transaction completion, featuring your unique Verification Code (e.g.
DIIMUN-XXXXXX) and QR verification key. - Email Confirmation & Invoice: A digital confirmation receipt containing your registration code, selected committee, and payment breakdown is automatically transmitted to the delegate's registered email address within minutes.
- Pre-Conference Briefing Packets: Official study dossiers, committee matrices, Rules of Procedure guides, and pre-conference training schedules are delivered electronically through email and WhatsApp.
3. On-Site Physical Kit Distribution
All physical conference materials included in your delegation fee are handed over in person upon arrival:
- Dispatch Time: Wednesday, October 7, 2026, starting at 8:00 AM IST during delegate reporting and check-in.
- Physical Kit Contents: Personalized brass/acrylic delegate badge, official institutional notepad and pen, printed conference dossier, assigned stalwart placard, and dining vouchers.
- Verification Requirement: Delegates must present their digital registration verification code or college ID card at the check-in desk to collect their kit.
