- Conference Preferences: Selected committee track (The Great Homoeopathic Assembly or International Press), assigned medical stalwart methodology, team member details, and dining/hospitality preferences.
- Competition Submissions: Uploaded photojournalism images and news report manuscripts submitted for blinded jury adjudication.

All financial transactions are conducted exclusively via Razorpay Payment Gateway, utilizing industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. Neither diimun.org, Doctors Nexus Amity, nor Aghosh HealthTech Solutions ever view, collect, or store your debit/credit card numbers, CVVs, net banking credentials, or UPI PINs. - To generate and issue your official delegate credentials, admission ticket, and unique verification code.
- To transmit plenary updates, committee matrix allocations, and schedule notices via WhatsApp or email.
- To conduct blinded jury scoring and generate personalized physical certificates and awards.
- To coordinate hospitality, dining, and venue check-in logistics at GHMCT Trivandrum.
We will never sell, rent, lease, or distribute your personal information to third-party commercial marketers or advertising agencies.
